Working in five days.
Yours in twenty-four months.
A purchase order is a capital decision, and a capital decision means a board, a budget line and the next meeting. This is the same machine on a monthly commitment instead — live almost immediately, with the hardware arriving once your own instalments have paid for it.
It costs 1900 € more than paying cash. Here is why, and where it goes.
Paying cash is 9500 € and it ships in fifteen working days. Paying monthly is 475 € for 24 months, which is 11.400 € — twenty per cent more. There is no interest rate because there is no lending: we are not lending you money, we are agreeing to be paid over two years while you use the thing.
What that premium actually buys is the time. Your first payment provisions a working Centurion in five days rather than a purchase order cycle later. The machine itself is bought with your instalments, which is why no capital has to sit on our side either — and why there is no limit to how many of these we can offer. A business that has to fund each machine before it sells it can only grow as fast as its cash; this one grows as fast as it can install.
It is also why there is no credit application. The machine is worthless without the licence, and the licence is ours. The equipment is the security, so a small organisation with no borrowing history can have one — and if payments stop, the licence ends and the machine comes back rather than a debt following you around.
| Cash price | 9500 € |
| 475 € × 24 | 11.400 € |
| The difference | 1900 € |
| As a rate | None — it is not a loan |
You use it on day five. The box comes in month six.
First payment
A receipt and your onboarding reference by email immediately. Nothing else is asked of you today.
A working Centurion
Your instance is provisioned and configured for your organisation. You get a named person and a dated call in the first week.
It learns your work
Every document, note and answer builds the memory that will travel with the machine. This is not a holding pattern — it is the machine being made yours.
The machine arrives, and your memory moves onto it
We schedule the move a fortnight ahead, export the memory and documents, load them, and you switch over with our person on the call. You keep working through it. This part is done by us, not by you.
Title transfers
The final payment ends the term and the machine is yours outright. Nothing further to pay. The licence renews at €600 a year from month twenty-five if you want to stay current.
- A working Centurion from the first month, hosted privately for you
- Your assistant configured for your organisation before it is handed over
- The Centurion Brain machine, delivered in month six
- Your memory, documents and history moved onto the machine — done by us, not by you
- Centurion Remote for iPhone and Android throughout
- Licence, updates and support for all twenty-four months
- Title to the machine at month twenty-four, with nothing further to pay
- Not a rental. You are not paying forever for something you never own — the last payment is the end of the term, and the machine is yours.
- Not a credit agreement and not a loan from us. There is no interest line because there is no interest: the difference between €475 × 24 and the cash price is the price of being paid later.
- Not a cloud subscription. From month six the machine is in your building and your work is on it.
- Not available on the exact cash terms. If you want the €9,500 price, pay cash and the machine ships in fifteen working days.
| Buy outright | Lease to own | |

Want the cash price instead? Order the machine for 9500 €.
Who owns the machine during the term?
We do, until the twenty-fourth payment. Then it transfers to you and there is nothing further to pay. If you stop paying before then, the licence is revoked and the machine comes back — you are not left holding a debt for equipment you cannot use.
Why is it more than the cash price?
€475 × 24 is €11,400 against €9,500 cash. The €1,900 difference is the price of being paid over two years instead of on day one. It is stated plainly rather than buried in a rate, and it is not a negotiable number — it is arithmetic.
What happens in month six when the machine arrives?
We schedule the move a fortnight ahead, export your memory and documents, load them onto the machine, and you switch over with our person on the call. You keep working through it. This is the part we do, not you.
What if we stop using it?
Cancel and return the machine and the licence ends. Because the machine is worthless without the licence to run it, there is no debt collector and no repossession agent — which is exactly why this is available without a credit application.
Do we need a credit check?
No credit file is pulled. The machine cannot be used without the licence and the licence is ours to revoke, so the equipment itself is the security. That is why a small organisation with no borrowing history can have this.
Can we pay it off early?
Yes — settle the remaining payments and the title transfers at that point, not at month twenty-four.
Is the licence extra after twelve months?
No. The licence is included for all twenty-four months. The €600 a year renewal only begins in month twenty-five, and only if you want to stay current.
Is this a regulated credit agreement?
No. It is a subscription for a service, with an option to purchase the equipment at the end of the term. The agreement is drafted by a solicitor before it is offered, and you will see the whole of it before you sign anything.
Read the agreement before you decide.
The agreement is being drafted by a solicitor and is not signed by anyone yet. Ask for it, read it, and take your time. Nothing is charged today and nothing is signed today.
If the paperwork is not right for your organisation, say so — that is a useful answer and it costs you nothing.
